We are pleased to inform you that with a notary deed dated May 8th 2018 Omega Fusibili S.p.A. has signed the acquisition of Fancos, an historical company operating in the Automation market owned by Fantini and Cosmi group.
This acquisition, concerning the distribution of IDEC products, will allow us to further expand our wide range of products that will soon be managed according to the Omega standards, in continuity with the Fancos resources: competence, service and promotion.
