Reporting wrongdoing and protection of the reporter

Omega Fusibili S.p.A. promotes an ethical and transparent work environment in line with the best international standards. For this reason, we offer a dedicated whistleblowing channel, which allows you to securely and confidentially report any regulatory violations, misconduct or practices that do not comply with our code of ethics.

Reports can be made through the independent portal EthicPoint, which ensures that information is handled in total security and in compliance with applicable legal provisions, including Legislative Decree 24/2023 on whistleblower protection.

How to make a report?

The service is managed by an external, independent and specialized provider to ensure the highest level of confidentiality. The reporter has the choice to remain anonymous or provide their contact details for further investigation.

What can you report?

Through the whistleblowing channel, it is possible to report:
✔ Violations of national or international regulations
✔ Unethical behavior or unfair business practices
✔ Fraud, corruption or conflicts of interest
✔ Abuse, discrimination or violation of workers’ rights
✔ Any other conduct that may harm the company, employees or third parties

Confidentiality and whistleblower protection

Omega Fusibili S.p.A. guarantees maximum protection of personal data and confidentiality of the reporter. The EthicPoint portal uses secure protocols for handling reports and ensures that the information is processed exclusively by the competent bodies.

No report may lead to retaliation against the reporter, in full compliance with applicable regulations.
